This bread is made by Angie of Angie Maeโs Artisan Sourdough. Angie delivers fresh bread most Friday and Sunday mornings around 9am. All loaves are long-fermented and made with organic flour. Available mix of round or pan shaped loaves.

Egg laying is picking up! Fridays we have consistently had eggs all day for the last few weeks.

We are down to just one doe in milk right now and she is giving us about a quart a day. We have stopped milking the rest of the herd to give their udders rest and recovery time before they kid (give birth). Over the next two months we should start to have babies in the pasture and milk availability will eventually pick up.

For highest quality and longest shelf life, we harvest produce daily, in the cool of the morning. Though we try to grow/stock enough for a full day, sometimes things sell out within a few hours. Additionally, if you come early, some items may not have been harvested yet. So please keep your expectations flexible!
